Problem: Your Web Server is not allowing you to view or run a script.

Resolution: This is most likely a permissions issue. If you are using a Unix server, verify that the chmod settings have been made and that each file and directory matches what is mentioned in the Installing the Program section. If you are using a Windows server, it is up to your hosting company to have your permissions set for you.
