Problem: Your unzipped software doesn't have any of the directories you are supposed to upload separately.

Resolution: This problem is caused when a Zip file is uncompressed without preserving the directory structure. Many unzipping programs have a checkbox to specify whether or not the program is to preserve the directory structure of the Zip file. Delete your uncompressed files and unzip the files again.
