Index Page - _index.html
$list$ - This placeholder inserts the main index listing of all jobs listed by category. For each category, the 'header' and 'footer' TemplateCells are used. All the jobs belonging to the category are inserted between its 'header' and 'footer', as 'row' TemplateCells. Both the 'header' and 'footer' cells are optional, and either can be removed from the _index.html template.
