Login Inactivity Timeout
| |
Your browser will automatically keep you logged into the program until this number of minutes has passed. This is useful if your computer is used by other people and you intend to leave your browser window open. When you close your browser, you will be logged out, even if you have set this option to "None"

Editor Settings
Default content format
| |
This setting allows you to set a default Content Format for new job listings. When Content Format is set to Text, <enter> characters are turned into linebreaks (<br>).
Use WYSIWYG Editor
| |
This setting allows you to use a WYSISYG text box instead of a regular text box to enter the job summary and description.
Please note that a WYSIWYG text box will only function on Windows, and only for Internet Explorer version 5.5+. All other browsers will use a regular text box to enter and edit information.
SSI Tag Parsing
| |
If your server supports Server Side Includes (SSIs), you can insert special tags in your fields to load in other files. Unfortunately, this is also a security risk as some of these server commands can do dangerous things. We suggest if you are allowing any other users into the program, that you leave this option disabled. With the option disabled, SSIs will be removed from any input to the program, and users with access to Job Manager (but not administrator access) will not be able to stage SSI attacks.

Publish Settings
Publish Dir
| |
This specifies where Job Manager will save its published files.
Full Index filename
Default base filename
Default file extension
| |
These options allow you to specify how published pages are named on your website.
Job sort order
| |
Jobs are always sorted by category first. You can specify how you'd like jobs to sort within categories with this option. If you choose to sort on the Job ID field, you can set up a more specific sorting order: you can specify a numeric sort and/or a reversed sort.
A numeric sort is different than a regular sort. Regular sorts treat numbers like letters, and can be used to sort numbers; however, regular sorts pay no respect to the number of digits, much like the sorting in a dictionary. For example, while a numeric sort will correctly sort the numbers 1, 5, and 10, a regular sort would place the numbers in the order 1, 10, then 5.
Publish empty categories
| |
By default, Job Manager does not show categories which have no jobs assigned to them. This option allows you to change this behavior, publishing empty categories to the list page with the "notfound" TemplateCell.
Add meta generator tag
| |
By default, a meta generator tag and a timestamp will be added to all published pages. To disable this functionality, select No for this option.
Re-publish all files
| |
This will re-publish all your job listing and index files. You should use this option after you make changes to
your _job or _index templates.
| |
Directories and URLs
Images URL
| |
Allows you to move the images directory, which is required for the interface.
Help (?) URL
| |
This is the URL your browser is redirected to when you click the question mark icon in the top-right corner of the interface.
Logoff URL
| |
This is the URL your browser is redirected to when you click the X icon or "Logoff" in the top-right corner of the interface.
If you leave this empty, logging off will return you to the login page.
Local Time Adjustment
| |
Sometimes, your web host will not be in the same time zone as you. You can modify the local time to globally affect all dates and times in the rest of the program.
