Problem: Your Web Server is not allowing you to view or run a script.

Resolution: This is most likely a permissions issue. If you are using a Unix server, verify that the chmod settings have been made and that each file and directory matches what is mentioned in the "Installing the Program" section. If you are using a Windows server, it is up to your hosting company to have your permissions set for you.

Another possibility would be that your web server has a special cgi-bin directory and you've installed the program elsewhere. If your web server does have a cgi-bin directory, make sure you install the correct part of the program there. Refer to the "Installing the Program" section for more information.
