Timezone Name (for users with PHP 5.1 and higher)

This lets you specify the number of hours and minutes difference between your local time and the server time. It's used when displaying dates.

Local Time

This is the current time (for your web server) after adjusting for the current timezone or time difference.

MySQL Time

This is the current time (for your MySQL server) after adjusting for the current timezone or time difference.

WYSIWYG Language

[added in v. 1.16]
Choose from dropdown list the language to display in the WYSIWYG editor (German, English, Spanish, Dutch and Norwegian) or Download more languages...

After downloading another language to use, it can be added to the WYSIWYG language dropdown list by uploading the languages files into the /cmsb/tinymce3/ directory and all the matching sub-directories.
